Blustery Tuesday

A battle of the pressure systems taking place to the northwest of the United Kingdom will create a blustery Tuesday for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England.

There are no weather warnings in force, with the strongest of wind gusts set to stay out at sea, with 56 MPH and below affecting inland areas. The wind will strengthen slightly even across Wales and the Midlands although this will only be by 10-15 MPH.

The north and west of Scotland will see moderate to heavy rainfall throughout the day, easing as we head throughout the afternoon, the east will see scattered showers moving overhead at times.
